Benefit of sports
Research indicates that starting sports during childhood will provide benefits throughout their life. Kids Fit Club are highly motivated to develop children that are healthier and happier by empowering them to build their social skills, competence, confidence, knowledge, and motivation to engage in physical activity.
According to the 2022 annual report by the UK’s Youth Sport Trust, a young person who is physically active and plays sport on a regular basis will have better physical health, mental health, social wellbeing, and brain function. The report highlighted that children who are regularly active (play sports or active games) have higher levels of wellbeing compared to children who are not active and suggests that there is a positive association between participation in physical activity and academic performance in young people.
