Terms and Conditions

Below, you'll find our policies regarding enrollment, scheduling, cancellations, and safety in Kids Fit Club's multi-sport programs for young children.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction By enrolling your child in our playgroups, playdates, or any other programs offered by Kids Fit Club (hereinafter referred to as "KFC"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling your child in any of our programs.

  2. Playgroup Cancellation Policy KFC reserves the right to cancel a playgroup session outright if it fails to run twice in consecutive weeks. In such cases, customers will be informed in advance, and their store credit will remain intact for future use.

  3. Playdate Scheduling and Availability For playdates involving two children, if a session is postponed or canceled due to either child being away on holiday, the original time slot or day may not be guaranteed once the two weeks of absence have been taken. However, the store credit will still be guaranteed, which can be used for playgroup or playsolo sessions.

  4. Weather and Coach Illness If there are any unforeseen changes, such as bad weather or coach illness, KFC will make every effort to inform customers as soon as possible. A make-up session will be arranged within the booking period, and the store credit will be applied towards the next available make-up session.

  5. Make-up Classes for Absence If your child is unable to attend a session, KFC will try to arrange a make-up class according to availability within the KFC schedule during the booking period. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform KFC of their child's absence in a timely manner.

  6. Cancellation Policy If a customer cancels a session up to 2.5 hours before the session is due to begin, KFC reserves the right not to provide a refund. This policy is in place because last-minute cancellations can significantly impact our ability to allocate resources efficiently and effectively, as well as to ensure the best possible experience for all participants. By maintaining this policy, we can continue to provide high-quality sports instruction for all children enrolled in our programs.

  7. Liability and Safety KFC will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. However, KFC will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur during our programs. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform KFC of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs their child may have.

  8. Changes to Terms and Conditions KFC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers in a timely manner. Continued enrollment in KFC programs will be considered acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

  9. All bookings for KFC programs are made through our trusted partner, Pebble, who securely handles transactions on our behalf. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to comply with Pebble's terms and conditions for processing payments, which can be found on their website. Please note that the rest of the Terms and Conditions remain the same.

By enrolling your child in any of our programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
